I grew up in West LA completely obsessed with sports. Then, in high school, I got immersed in the gaming and YouTube world. This translated to finding Thinking Basketball in college and melding my interests. I eventually started helping out Ben Taylor in 2019 and kept growing and taking on more responsibility which led to a full-time opportunity after college.

I've participated in every aspect of the video-making process; research, gathering footage, script-writing, editing, content strategy, and statistical analysis. I also started the community Discord which has blossomed into something amazing that has highly engaged users every day.

Now, I'm the Director of Business Development at Tamarisk Lane — we are interested in Sports, Food, Live Events, Media, Tech, and Wellness companies.

Right now most of my nights and weekends go into Despensa, which I started after forgetting which farmer I had bought from the previous week. I also just wanted to build something and took inspiration from some of my favorite consumer apps/websites. There are beautiful diary entries for films, runs, and restaurant meals. There truly isn't one for farmers markets or dinner parties, two things that I am completely obsessed with!

Deliberately, it is not Yelp for farmers markets — no star ratings for stalls, no rankings, no leaderboards, no way to leave a bad review. You rate the produce you ate, not the person who grew it. The point is to build real relationships with those farmers and to keep showing up.
